Bounce-U party with her boys

Kassidy's friend Zane has been paling around with Kassidy since Kindergarten. He and his family were sweet enough to make sure his birthday party happened while we were still here so she wouldn't miss it! She was in heaven to go. She will miss him and her boy crew.
Here she is at bounce-u running wild and free.

This is Zane her best little bud.

Kassidy and her boy crew. Zane, Matthew and Bradley. She knows how to pick the cuties!

Being wild.

She has had a great time with school this year and will miss everyone dearly.

Brian's home from hospital!!

Brian was released from the hospital today and is back to his "home!"
He is well and will be fine. It is less than 4 weeks until he is expected home. Thank you to all for your prayers and kind words. I know he is still with us because of our faith and prayers. Our loves goes to all of you. May the Lord continue to bless us all!

Realizing what's important

Today I got a call from Brian telling me he was in the hospital. He was in a group that was attacked by 107mm rockets. (I've been informed they are huge) He was unconscious for a while. He will be fine. He's bruised but otherwise intact! He has to pass a memory test on Mon(he failed today's). Things could have been so much worse. It makes you stop and evaluate your life and how important the things we take for granted are. I have thanked my Heavenly Father countless times today for the gift of still having Brian. I would be lost without him. He is the center of our world.
I love you more than chocolate, lovey!
That's the biggest smile you'll ever catch on camera!

Before he left 15 months ago

Shying from the camera. No that's not snow, it's SAND!! yuck

Brian is the best friend I could ever ask for. I don't know what I did in heaven to deserve him but I will take it. These next few weeks will seem to go slow until he gets home towards the beginning of June.
